This policy explains what Great Oaks General Contractors, LLC ("Great Oaks", "we") collects when you visit citrushomebuilders.com, call our office, or request a consultation, and what we do with it. We are a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC1520197) at 1017 S. Fir Terrace, Inverness, FL 34450. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect what we need to talk to you about a project, and nothing else.
02Information you give us
When you submit the consultation form, we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, where the property is, the kind of project, and anything you write in the message. The form is processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our office email. When you call, email, or visit, we keep the notes needed to follow up.
03Phone calls and our answering assistant
Calls to (352) 423-1625 may be answered by an automated answering assistant. Those calls may be recorded and transcribed so your name, callback number and message reach Rebecca or Kurt accurately. By continuing a call with the assistant you consent to that recording. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and email us, or call back during office hours (Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
04What we collect automatically
Our host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or rent any information about you to anyone.
05Cookies and stored settings
This site does not set marketing cookies. It may store small settings in your browser (for example, so a video you started stays where you left it). You can clear these in your browser at any time and the site will still work.
06Video, maps and links to other sites
The films on this site are served from our own hosting. Links to Facebook, Google Maps and partner companies' websites take you to those companies, whose privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
07How we use and keep your information
We use what you give us to answer your inquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a proposal, and, if you become a client, to build your project. We keep inquiry details for as long as it is reasonably useful to respond to you and for our business records, then delete or archive them. Florida's construction lien law and our licensing obligations require us to retain certain project and contract records for the periods the law sets.
08Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to do the work: our office staff, our website host, our email provider, and, once a project is under way, the licensed trade partners on your job. We do not share your information with marketers. We will disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of a person or property.
09Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep a record. You can opt out of any future contact at any time. Write to us at the address below or email kurt@greatoakscontractors.com.
10Children
This site is for adults planning construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes and contact
